Your role: Support life projects with commitment and finesse
As an experienced IPI real estate agent, you play a key role: you are the one who inspires confidence and transforms a meeting into a project.
Specifically, you will be required to:
- Develop and maintain your network by building trust with homeowners.
- Attune to the needs, both emotional and technical, of both sellers and buyers.
- Propose tailor-made sales strategies with intelligence and intuition.
- Coordinate the sales process and ensure quality follow-up.
- Benefit from our brand image, our powerful tools, and our administrative support.
What you bring: your sense of service, interpersonal skills, and commercial flair.
- You have at least 3 years’ experience in the sale of residential or new properties and have an active IPI number, with independent status.
- You have a human approach to sales: you don’t sell for the sake of selling, you advise to make a difference.
- You have a high degree of autonomy, combined with a real pleasure in working in a team.
- You are rigorous, dynamic, and above all… enthusiastic!
